What do you get when you combine an e-commerce startup, a highly competitive market, and little to no marketing budget? The need to devlop a complete ground up organic strategy.
The Strategy
Working with a startup in the bedding space presented challenges such as limited marketing budget, the development of a new website, and trying to stand out in an extremely competitive market with a very unique product. Based on these challenges, the strategy was simple – focus on product gaps in the market and develop an SEO plan.
With a straegy in place, content was deveopled and optimized for both detailed product pages and top of funnel blog engagement. This was designed to target potential buyers at the information & product solution stage (top of funnel), and direct buying stage (bottom of funnel)

Results
As a result of the work performed, keyword rankings for target terms increased to within the top 5 results and the website saw a year-over-year increase in organic traffic, sales and revenue generated.
As of today, this site still drives sales from organic traffic and out-ranks the likes of Amazon, Wayfair, and many big names in the industry.
